yes it can affect a baby
because the food you take pass to the baby through feeding
but it can not affect that much
it can alter the quality of breastmilk and so it affect your baby
your diet can make changes in vitamin, minerals , probiotics of your breastmilk
so please prefer to take healthy and well blanaced diet
