fever with convulsions are mostly seen in some kids till 6 year of age in case of high fever, Give pcm as per prescribed dose and at proper adviced  time interval .
For any fever paracetamol is fine..after giving paracetamol wait for 30mins to 1 hour...if fever does not subside you can give tepid sponging to bring down the temperature if fever it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.

instead of putting wet cloth on fore n dry sponge it's not coming down,what shall I do doctor

good morning make sure the temperature does not go very high you can try to place wet cloth on the forehead of the child and it is advisable that you must try to also give proper medication at the right time
