I was pregnant last Year July with LMP on 15th July, then had a medical abortion in October due to no cardiac activity, got my periods in November on 16 and i tested positive so my current LMP is nov 16, now I'm unsure if it has to be considered regular

As with dilation, it can take weeks, days, or hours to reach full effacement. Once your cervix is 100 percent effaced and 10 cm dilated, you're ready to start pushing your baby out into the world.
