you can wait till 3 years of age of the child to speak in complete sentences clearly and flun.ently if its not so then consult doc, keep interacting more dont worry if other milestones are normal . . .

Do lots of fun activities together 
Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables cereals 
Wash area often with lukewarm water 
Wash hands often before touching your baby 
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
