A. Hello parent , for cholesterol you need to avoid products that contain hydrogenated oils , saturated fats as well . Which is mainly found in animal source foods such as milk and products, like ghee , butter , cheese part from that eggs , mutton , pork etc as well . You need to take whole Grains and cereals and millets , seasonal fruits and vegetables
