#AskTheExpert Deliverd baby through c sec 4.5 ago ,whether can I can start exercising and having back pain ,what may be the reason for pain ?

A. can start exercises 6 months after cesarean section Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits
