#asktheexpert delevery k baad se baby girl one month ki hogae h usme 15 days bilkul feed nhi kiya nd ab Brest milk supply bhut kam he uska pet nhi bharta... what can I do for increasing Brest milk supply.?

A. Shatavari powder is a very good lactation supplement that you can consume three times in the day and you can take it that warm milk usually that is going to be beneficial and even with that if it is not increasing then you should continue giving formula as of now
