#AskTheExpert Dear sir/Madam My 2 year old baby girl don't want to feed any item very forcefully we feed them how are we feed her..?

A. It is important to note that till 4 years kids are mostly very choosy and fussy about eating food and parents should try not to force feed. Instead make eating a fun time and feed in a separate room, away from distractions. Serve in an attractive kiddie bowl, plate or cup in different colors and shapes. Eat as a family together. Give lot of finger foods to develop chewing habit. Mix variety of foods and then feed for better nutrition like mixed vegetable soup, oats with nuts and fruits, besan and beetroot cheese, etc.
