#AskTheExpert dear doctor, my daughter is 2 weeks old, she has light bleeding on the umbilical area, the cord fall on 5th day.. we were applying t bact oinment.. pls suggest any remedy or should we visit hospital.. we are having neosporin powder as well.. pls advise

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. see ots ok. just put a clean cotton a d wipe but do not rub and you can pit a betafine ointment on it and try nit yo touch on it
