#asktheexpert Dear Doctor, My Daughter having continuous cough and cold form 1 month, we have been giving cough syrup Ascroil LS. it's get control but not getting off completely. Pls advise how to get it cured and in this rainy season post getting cured not get infected again.

I suggest you please consult with good ayurvedic or homeopath
it is very helpful
please avoid maida items and packaged food
please give luck warm water for drinking
please give gentle massage on chest and limbs with Babyhug rapid relif roll on
