#AskTheExpert Dear Doctor my baby is not drinking milk by breast feeding. she is 4 month old n drinks only 5 mins. She Born with 4.3 kg weight and now she is 6.5 kg. from yesterday she is not drinking much milk? please suggest whether to consult a doctor

A. A cold or stuffy nose can make it difficult for your baby to breathe during breast-feeding. Stress or distraction. Overstimulation, delayed feedings or a long separation from you might cause fussiness and difficulty nursing. A strong reaction from you to being bitten during breast-feeding might have the same effect.
