#AskTheExpert dctr my kid is 7 months old, defecates once in 5 days..after starting solid food, his stool is hard. what do u recommend

A. I What is a good amount of water and fibre rich diet is definitely essential at this time because a child is dehydrated which is when a child has mostly hard and constipation is also because of the same reason most of the times so you can consult your doctor and give laxative if required but most of the important things is water and fibre rich diet
