Q.

#AskTheExpert child completed 3 years and still not using potty but diapers, next month will be joining playschool so please help how can she stop using diapers

A. it is ok. Rash is common in babies specially when there is any loose stool it diaper is not changed at proper time . Diaper should be changed frequently when full . Use any diaper rash cream like B4 nappy before using diaper over the area always. Also should use a proper size diaper for the baby .
