For healthy weight gain , you can add nutrient dense foods like potato, sweet potato, banana, egg, paneer, avocado, almonds, ghee. olive oil, anjeer, dates to the recipes.
Try to avoid junk foods completely

please include natural probiotics and dairy products in your child daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi butter paneer ghee milk etc
please include green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet
please give daily sun light exposure
