Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. better to wait till completion of six months to give any solid or semi solid food to the baby. till then try and breastfeed exclusively. after completion of six months of age you can give solid or semi solid food to the baby.uou can give mashed potato then. even sweet potato is very good and nutritious. always start with small quantity and gradually increase the frequency and quantity of any new food. give in the morning time preferably.
