Yes Of course you can but you can only use the kids products I hope you know that your child is only three months old so you can go for any brand that you are using for your child as of now talcum powder can be used but always make sure that you are cleaning it properly during a bath or you know if you are using it into the intimate area always clean it properly after the urine or motion otherwise it is going to get stuck over there and in turn it becomes.and can cause colour allergy and rushes into that area
