#asktheexpert can we give toned milk to newborn babies..?

Hi no dear , Babies need milk with a high fat and protein content to grow properly so avoid giving them toned or skimmed milk and stick to whole or organic milk... if breastmilk not available only formula milk can be given... Dexolac formula milk stage is is best for 0 to 6 months baby...It is easy to digest this milk powder. My baby has not had any stomach issues since he started drinking this milk. The pediatrician also recommends giving this milk to infants. It is also helpful in increasing the weight of infants. My baby is very happy drinking this milk.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. Only formula milk and mother feeding can be offered by initial six months after six months you can give Amul Taaza to pasteurise milk but prior to that it would not be advisable to give any third milk to the child
