#asktheexpert can we give jaggery to 1 year old baby.Also can we direct start cow milk products in form of porridge.He has been on formula and is 2 month premature baby with reflux issues.Now he is 13 month old

A. Yes you can give jaggery and use cow milk in cooking porridge due the baby no privies in that and give your baby finger foods to develop habit of chewing take care
