#asktheexpert Can we add dryfruits powder in Milk with pediasure for my 7 year old daughter. She don't drink milk without pediasure cholocate flavour

A. PediaSure is 50 to 60% of sugar it’s not at all healthy to be given to the child and yes you can give dry fruit powder to your child there is no problem with that but I would advise you to start shifting to that separately and slowly quit on pediasure that you are giving
