Manali K MehtaMom of a 9 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi parent You may give 1.5 to 2.5 ml of paracetamol drops. Minimum gap between two dosage: 5 hours maximum times the drops can be given: four times a day.. keep her hydrated by giving her BM Take care keep asking
