ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist9 months agoA. Unless the doctor has diagnosed with a particular deficiency, you’re not supposed to give any multivitamin medication’s to the child and instead focus on the diet that you are offering to the child

zincovit can be given
but please give it undersupervision of pediatrician only
dont give it by own
as your pediatrician can prescribe right dosage of it after examining your child health
