#AskTheExpert can u give food chart for 7month old baby I don't know how much and at what time I should give her food

once ur baby completes six months then u can start with cerelac,daal ka pani,ripe banana apple puree,ragi porridge,pumpkin puree etc as the first food.
initially give one meal in a day and give milk rest of the day as demanded by the baby.
Give 3 -4 tsp and see how much ur baby accepts. Then give accordingly
After few days start with two meals in a day.
