You can use homemade kajal to apply on the forehead or behind the ear.
you should not apply kajal in baby's eyes. It may irritated Baby's eyes.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl4 years agoA. Soap Yes so can definitely be applied on a newborn child but Kajal is completely prohibited completely strictly a big no no you cannot use Kajal because it is going to block the tear ducts and it does have other side-effects so please do not apply Kajal
