Q.

#AskTheExpert can I start feeding my 11 month old regular food? mild spice (garam masala, chilli)? she keeps demanding food from my plate and seems to enjoy it more than her bland food. now does she show any stomach discomfort other than constipation at times.

A. yes can be given. It is absolutely normal as per the details and the information given about this it is absolutely fine and ok so no need to worry about this issue at all as it is considered fine .
