#asktheexpert can I include curd to my baby diat ? he has lactose intolerance.

Hello ma’am If your child has lactose in tolerant then I would not advise you to include curd into the diet because lactose in tolerant peace no products of milk you can use so I would advise you to go for the same if you want to give milk to your child or something or go to your tell then I would advise you to go for a vegan diet or consult your nutritionist once for all these things
