#asktheexpert Can I give soak dates to my 7 months old baby as his weight is 5.5 because he was born as premature with 1640 gm weight

A. no. weight gain is good as per his birth weight. dates are good yo start after 8 month of age. yoh can give steamed dates to him . o k
