PediaSure products are not intended for infants younger than 1 year of age. According to the American Academy of Pediatrics, infants under a year old should be breastfed or fed an iron-fortified infant formula.PediaSure provides a good source of protein and has vitamins and minerals for children up to 13 years of age. Consult your doctor before giving PediaSure to a child younger than 2 years old.
