It is not good for baby just give only breast milk.
Only breast milk is sufficient for your baby till first 6 month.
Burp properly after each feed.
avoid any self medication.

Give exclusive breast milk or formula milk until 5 completed months burp well after feed.
Give ajwain powder with breast milk 5-10 ml or warm water weekly twice this will improve digestion .
