ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. no need to gi e gripe water, breast milk meets all of her nutrient needsto ur child. No other foods or fluids including water are not necessary till 6 months.
Exclusive breast feed your baby two hourly and on demand .

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children3 years agoA. good morning it is not advisable to introduce gripe water to the child it is no longer considered to be a safe option by pediatricians I would recommend that it should be completely avoided for your baby
