Yes you can start giving egg to your eight months old baby. Egg is very healthy for babies and contains all the nutrition and proteins we need in regular diet plan. You can also start giving oats and ragi it is also very healthy for babies. Baby should take at least four meals in a day maintain a diet plan according to that to that
