ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. no need to give both. Gripe water should not be used in babies.
It is not good for baby just give only breast milk.
Only breast milk is sufficient for your baby till first 6 month.
.....burp properly after each feed.
avoid any self medication.

Give only BM or formula milk
Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment
Don’t give gripe water or anything other than BM
As gripe water contains harmful chemicals
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
