#asktheexpert can I get my baby vaccinated when he is doing green runny potty??

A. the green colour that many times is present in the stool is due to the digestive enzymes (bile )present in the stomach and when the food reacts with the digestive enzymes this can give greexn colour to the stool. the importance is of consistency of the stool so if the consistency is watery and green then only you need to meet the doctor but if it is semi solid to solid green stool then no need to meet the doctor.

A. hi in mild case of diaherra,it can be done although better to discuss with your pediatrician for once as he or she can suggest right after examining your child
