POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. Use as directed by your paediatrician, Carmicide drop is a carminative which is effective for fast relief of colic pain and flatulence. Carmicide drop contains Simethicone, Fennel oil and Dill oil. Role of key ingredients: Fennel oil helps to relax the colon to release trapped gas and decrease respiratory tract secretions.
