#asktheexpert C-section huye 7 weeks ho gaye hai... Mera tummy skin loose ho gai hai... and skin ka colour bhi ekdam down ho gaya hai... usse pehle jaise karne ke liye kya karu????

Over the period you can go ahead with working on that it’s not a problem you can lose any weight in a proportionate manner with a proper work out when the time is right but currently you should focus upon eating well and feeling well further more for your dolls skin issues that’s Mausi Ji to hormonal changes but I would just advise you to check with a dermatologist ones
