Food containing all types of cereals like rice dal and protein sources like egg soyabean or paneer also green leafy vegetable and fruits for a complete diet . Protein powder like pediasure can be started after 2 yr of age .

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. Babies get so many colds because their immune system isn't yet ready to fight off the 100 or so viruses that cause these infections. The cold virus spreads through the air when someone who's sick coughs or sneezes.
