Make meal time fun with toys and story telling
Offer different varieties of food
Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals pulses whole grains milk products
Stay hydrated
Make meal time fun
Stop feeding at day then at night once baby used to take all solid food
Make habit to sleep baby’s with his dad
Gradually stop feeding
Offer something else or water of child demands feeding
