Jasmine Shiny DsouzaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. please do not give the cow milk till the age of 1 year, after completion of 1 year definitely you can give. until then if you have less breast milk give the formula milk

for milk production, feed the baby continuously which will help you to produce more.
the more milk you give the baby the more milk will be produced.
completely empty one breast before going to the other and lets the baby correctly.
include jeera fenugreek flax seed, in the diet.
have lots of water and also have raw papaya daily which will help to produce milk.
relax more and get rid of the tension. and also you can use Babyhug Manual Breast pump With 2 Suction Modes to express milk if you can't feed properly . pumping also increases milk.
