A. If your breast milk appears watery and you feel your baby isn’t getting enough, ensure you're having a nutritious diet with protein-rich foods, healthy fats, and plenty of fluids to improve milk quality. Let your baby nurse longer on one breast before switching, as the hindmilk (which comes later) is thicker and more nutritious. Frequent feeding helps increase supply. You can also try lactation-boosting foods like oats, almonds, and fenugreek. If your baby seems unsatisfied, isn't gaining weight properly, or shows signs of dehydration, consult a lactation expert or pediatrician for guidance.
