you can include variety of homecooked foods and avoid packed, processed and junk foods.
include boiled potato, banana, chikko, nuts and dried fruits, stuffed roti or paratha, rice or daliya varieties, pancake, chila , milk shakes, paneer, milk, porridge, veg upma, sheera, stuffed idli, dosa, fruits, egg, chicken and fish if non-vegetarian, etc and use ghee in meal preparations.
feed on regular intervals afyer 2 hours
follow good hygiene, avoid force feeding.
