involve your child in some Physical activity like yoga or dance for half an hour daily.
give only healthy diet.
strictly avoid packed and refrigerated foods

you should check with your pediatrician for once
it might happen because of thyroid or obesity.
don't allow your child to sit ideal ,I mean don't allow your child to sit at one place for long period.
encourage your child to do more physical activities.
