ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. well type in English. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.

Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk
Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana
Burp well after every feeding
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
