A. For healthy growth and development of tge baby, it us important to include freshly prepared nutritious foods in the diet. You should feed everything like chapati with paneer gravy, chicken soup, stuffed parantha, boiled egg, Omellete, besan and beetroot cheela, oats with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, pan cake, upma, poha, khichdi, dalia, mixed vegetable soup, idli-dosa with sambhar and milk. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks along with variety of fluids like water, fresh jujces, curd, buttermilk and coconut water.
