ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. nothing. give him soft diet.See it looks ok only.but if you doubt then for your satisfaction show to a doctor there as they can examine the patient and give even a better opinion in this case .

if your child looks happy and active,eat and sleep well as such no need to worry.
although , please observe your child for next 48 hours ,if there is any symptom like fever, irritability, breathing difficulty, dazzineess, low appetite, vomiting, diaherra etc then please consult your pediatrician immediately.
