usually it happens because of inadequate intake of fluids and low fiber diet
so,as your child is 1.6 year old,offer water at regular intervals.
offer fiber rich food like green leafy vegetables, tomato soup, prune juice , fruits like pear papaya plum banana etc to your child which makes digestion easy
give massage to your child daily
give massage on stomach in clockwise direction with firm hands
encourage your child to do more physical activities.
avoid giving bakery food items.
maintain good hygiene
