Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a featurghe of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given.
along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given.
steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

U should consult your doctor will help you with any good and basic anti allergic that you can give to the child or child is too small so it would be good that you only give medicines to the child whatever is been suggested by the doctor after a physical assessment of your child
