Give low fat milk and milk products made from whole cow's milk like home made paneer, cheese, butter, curd and ghee in small amounts. Give one boiled egg per day. Give pulses like moong Dal and masoor Dal. Give fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. Give plain nuts like walnuts, cashew nuts, almonds, pistachios and raisins. Give bananas, avocados, pears, potatoes and sweet potatoes as they help in weight gain.
