this is Normal and you should not be worried  as far this but stilhil it would be better to get a proper guidance by your doctor regarding anyr such kind of query so that anything should not be missed . so a  proper examination can be done just to rule out any other possibility ...

Teething could be happening with your child and probably that is what is happening and Yash you have to keep stopping your child advisor child will get into an awful habit of doing this every time as of now you can go ahead with introducing teether to the child
