Q.

#asktheexpert baby is not interested in eating cooked meals. instead shows interest in snacking and fruits. baby is not gaining weight. since last 7 months weight is between 10 -11 kg only... how to increase baby's appetite. any medications or methods. please suggest.

A. Taking 1-2 tablespoons of Chyawanprash along with warm milk prevents cold and improves the immunity of children due to its rich vitamin C content and also increase appetite.
