#AskTheExpert baby is gassy and has spit up problem. he is irritable due to this. colicaid i give sometime any non alcoholic gripe water will help or what shall I do?

Feed in upright position. Allow her a good latch.
Burping after every feeding, will help her ease the gas.
To relive gases pain-,Apply hing paste around navel Massage on tummy in clockwise direction. And leg folding exercise.
Do regular bodyu massage.
