add foods gradually , encourage daily physical activity

Give her probiotics , citrus fruits
Don't use RO water as it's demineralized
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
Don't use packagd and processed food, maida, excess sugar and salt
Dont over use senitizer anti bacterials and antibiotics.
